I have already 3 of the covers from London lash in the salon bought different years. And they have lasted so well and I’ve been extremely happy with them.
But now bought new one and on this the material feels different and not stretchy.
😏 it was really hard to get it on the bed and sounded like its breaking.
Looks much more see trough than the previous ones too.
So if fabric isn’t different then size has changed to much smaller than before.
Hi lovely,
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback — we really appreciate your continued support over the years
We’re so sorry to hear that your latest cover doesn’t feel the same as your previous ones. We completely understand how disappointing this must be, especially when you’ve had such a positive experience with them in the past.
We pride ourselves on maintaining consistent quality across our products, so this is certainly not the experience we would expect. Your feedback is incredibly valuable, and we’d really like to look into this further for you.
Our team has reached out to you directly so we can review this in more detail and find the best possible solution for you.
Kind regards,
London Lash Team x
